CAPACITY

The Main Conference Center seats up to 100 guests.

The Main Courtyard seats 200 guests or more depending on type of event.

Private Dining Room seats up to 100 guests.

The Picnic Grove seats up to 120 guests. (Please inquire about specific details).

16 rooms are available for overnight guests.

AVAILABILITY
The Private Dining Room is available for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The Courtyard is available year-round. Weather restrictions apply.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE
Christian Brothers will provide all food and non-alcoholic beverages. No outside food allowed.
All food must be consumed within the room and time frame of the event as stated in the contract.
No food may be taken off property.
Menu selections must be made 14 days prior to the date of the event.
All food and non-alcoholic beverages are subject to a 20% Service Charge and applicable state sales tax. The guests must provide all Alcoholic Beverages. Wine, Beer and Champagne only - no corkage fee. Licensed bar service permitted.
Alcoholic Beverages should be received at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Wine Tasting set-up will be charged at a rate of $5.00 per person plus service charge and tax.

EVENT RESTRICTIONS
Minimum number of guests for a private party is 10.
All events must conclude by 10:00pm.
Chapel Requirements apply - please inquire with Conference Center for guidelines.
Shuttle or Valet Service may be required for groups over 50.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total charges must be received within two weeks from the inquiry date in order to guarantee the date. The deposit shall be forfeited in the event of cancellation.
The final guaranteed guest count is due 14 days prior to event. You will be charged for the guaranteed number, or the actual number of guests that attend, whichever is greater.
Final payment must be received one week prior to the event. Additional services will be invoiced and payable upon receipt.
Christian Brothers Retreat and Conference Center accepts Visa & Master Card.
Certificate of Insurance naming De La Salle Institute as additional insured is required no later than 30 days prior to the event.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Audio-Visual equipment is subject to additional fees.
Additional charges may be added for special request items.
Facility fee varies on use and guest count.
